Allan was born in Shanghai and at age 5, moved to Hong Kong where he attended La Salle College. Vancouver became his home in 1967 when his family immigrated to Canada. Allan obtained his DMD degree from the University of British Columbia (where he met his wife Lynn) in 1978.
When asked what surprises him after more than 30 years in dentistry, he answers “I’m still having fun at work”! Allan enjoys interacting with his patients, keeping up with technology in dentistry and working alongside his daughter, Danielle.
In his spare time, Allan enjoys golf, travelling with Lynn, photography, and most of all, spending time with his grand-daughters.
Danielle was born and raised in Richmond, and attended St. Joseph the Worker Elementary and C.E. London Secondary schools. Like her parents and brother, Danielle is a graduate of UBC. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and her DMD degree from the Faculty of Dentistry, where she is an active alumni.
She is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the British Columbia Dental Association, the Chinese Canadian Dental Society of BC and continuing education programs in Invisalign® orthodontics, implant dentistry and complex dental treatment planning. These Associations have allowed Danielle the opportunity to continue learning, something which she believes is important as a dentist. She is also a certified provider of BOTOX® Cosmetic and Invisalign®.
When she’s not working, Danielle can usually be found with her husband and 2 girls, playing in the park or building Lego!
Vivian graduated from UBC with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. After completing an externship in Oral Surgery at the New York Lincoln Hospital, she joined the team at Centro Dental.
She is an experienced provider of Invisalign® and an active member in continuing education programs and study clubs such as the Northwest Endodontic Study Club and the Vancouver Invisalign Study Club. In her spare time, she enjoys seeking new eats, playing with her dog Jasper, and spending quality time with family and friends!
Winnie grew up in Jamaica and went to the U of T for her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Psychology. She graduated from UBC with a DMD degree in Dentistry. She enjoys pediatrics and completed a one year residency program at BC Children’s Hospital. Winnie followed her husband’s passion to live and work in small town BC and has worked for the past eight years as a rural general family dentist.
Winnie enjoys working with all age groups, from toddlers to seniors, and she strives to provide quality dental treatment with a gentle touch. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, playing racket sports, and relaxing with her husband and two daughters.
